Glamis Castle is located in Angus, Scotland and it is considered to be one of the scariest haunted castles. It is also known because it’s the castle where the eponymous character in William Shakespeare’s play Macbeth resides at.
One of the legends involving this castle is The Monster of Glamis. Heir to Lord Glamis, Thomas Lyon-Bowes was born with severe deformations. He was described as a half frog, a half man by Miss M. Gilchrist. It’s believed that he was kept in a secret room within the castle and was kept out of sight and possession.
